Delete Your Account and Data
This page allows you to request the deletion of your account and associated data from OnTracka App.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the OnTracka app on your device.
Tap on the My Account option in the left navigation menu.
Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
Read the confirmation message and tap Delete to proceed.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your account information, including your name, email address, and password.
Any data associated with your account usage, such as your app settings, medicine details, and any other health data.
We may retain certain data, even after you delete your account, for legal and compliance purposes. This data may include:
Device identifiers and usage logs for a limited period of time, as required by applicable laws.
Aggregated and anonymised data that does not identify you personally.
1. The deletion process may take some time to complete. You will receive an email notification once your account and data have been deleted.
2. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your data or use the app.
