Investigator‑Led Study
Clinical and health‑economic monitoring of hybrid treatment models
Context
An investigator‑led research program was established to evaluate patient outcomes and health‑economic signals associated with hybrid treatment models combining in‑clinic therapy with structured digital monitoring and longitudinal patient‑reported outcome capture.
Deployment
- Digital consent and baseline outcome capture
- In‑clinic reporting during treatment sessions using dedicated devices
- Real‑time adverse event reporting and treatment metadata capture
- Structured patient follow‑up at 30, 60, 90 and 180 days
Signals
The feasibility program demonstrated that hybrid care models combining onsite treatment and digital monitoring can produce structured longitudinal datasets while maintaining strong patient engagement across treatment and follow‑up periods.
COMPLETED PROGRAM
20 participants | hybrid clinic and digital monitoring | 180‑day follow‑up design
