Part 4 - Think again if you consider OnTracka a technology only for people with medical conditions and mental illnesses





STEP ONE

After creating your account, selecting

general health from the card shown on the left will trigger a suggested format that will place your mind and body in an optimal position to achieve your goals (you can still choose your Custom page to make the app yours too).

Considering this, you understand why the OnTracka app keeps your goals in front of you and takes it a step further by having you score yourself throughout the day.



STEP TWO

During your sign-up, select at least five activities to complete on daily/weekly. Think of these icons as modern post-it notes that keep you focused on the steps that will assist you to achieve your goals, i,e. cold showers, breathing, gym, fasting, microdosing/macrodosing, and more.


Expert Tip
If you are series about achieving your goals, consider having at least two daily "non-negotiables" that you do everyday regardless of anything else.

STEP THREE


The importance of fuelling your body with the right foods, supplements, natural medicines is likely something you already know. But, many of you are not tracking the way the new Peruvian superfood or the new sea algae is actually having an impact on your energy, focus, stressors, and more.

STEP FOUR (Day 1 to Day 13)


During the first two weeks, a suggested plan:

- Track your daily sleep.

- Score your stress, focus, relationships & one other area of your choice.

- See how many days you complete all your activities (and your non-negotiables).



Expert tip
The best way to accurately determine what is working for you is by using the above anxiety on a daily basis as it presents a very clear pattern about your anxiety, the times it is more severe and importantly what is best to reduce your anxiety.

STEP FIVE (Day 14 - Day 21)


As you start your third week, you are free to choose what you do but by following the next steps in the plan will assist you to consolidate a lot of the learning, lessons and information that will be essential for you moving forward in your life.


As you will see, this process of consolidating your learning is completed through writing exercises that you can do by making dot points or by writing sentences. This is your choice and is designed to suit whatever is best for you to complete the challenge.

Tip - Did you know that the latest research indicates that writing in a journal can lead to better sleep, a stronger immune system, more self-confidence and a higher I.Q.
